The program is expected to benefit participants both cognitively and professionally. Specifically, those who successfully complete the program will have acquired knowledge of state-of-the-art psycho educational intervention techniques tailored to the needs of their activity in order to be able to tailor their personal scientific and professional profile. They will implement teaching, therapeutic planning at the level of the classroom or the wider social environment and will use effective methods of understanding, approaching and managing education for students with disabilities and special educational needs. Experiential meetings will highlight and utilize potential newly acquired skills by encouraging them to actively participate in the supervision process (under the guidance of the supervisor). Upon completion of the training, trainees will have the opportunity to build a 'solid' professional base as young professionals as they have the experience to 'empower' it scientifically and professionally, taking full advantage of existing and newly developed skills.
